6.4 Communications data (live chat transcripts and support correspondence) is retained for a minimum of two (2) years from the date of the communication.
6.5 Following expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised.

12.1 The woc44 Platform is strictly for individuals aged 21 and above. woc44 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.
12.2 Age verification is conducted as part of the KYC process. Any account discovered to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all data associated with that account will be reviewed and handled in accordance with applicable law, and all balances will be forfeited.
12.3 If a parent or guardian becomes aware that their child has registered a woc44 account, they should contact woc44 support immediately.
13.1 woc44 may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, legal requirements or Platform features. The updated policy will be published at woc44.one/privacy-policy with a revised effective date.
